Doors are shut for the reentry of YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, into the Congress, said the minister for health, Mr D.L. Ravindra Reddy.
He was speaking to reporters at Chapadu on Thursday.
Predicting jail for Mr Jagan in the illegal assets probe by the CBI, the minister clarified that the Congress will not allow Mr Jagan back into the party fold. He alleged that Mr Jagan had earned crores of rupees during YSR’s regime.
He claimed that the government led by Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy was working for the poor and downtrodden, apart from its endeavour towards youth.
The Centre was working for a concrete solution for the resolve of the Telangana issue and it may be revealed in about two months, he said.
Mr Ravindra Reddy alleged that the YSR Congress had colluded with the TRS and was trying to put government in a fix over the Telangana issue.
Referring to 108 services, the minister said that they were taking steps to uplift its services to another level.
