Kadapa, 13th Feb’09: Khammam District Collector Shashibhushan Kumar will take over as the district Collector of Kadapa on Saturday. He has been
transferred to Kadapa district as desired by the Election Commission since he would be close to completion of a three-year tenure by the time of the general election. Andhra Pradesh government on Friday transferred six IAS officers in view of coming general elections.
