Kadapa: The North East monsoon has been vigorous over kadapa district (Rayalaseema) of Andhra Pradesh.

Mumbai, Nov 26: A Nineteen-year-old girl, who went missing from her college in Guntakal, was found dead at Kurla in North-east Mumbai, police said.

A tense situation prevailed for a while at the Pulivendula police station on Sunday when the YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, staged a dharna in front of the police station protesting against the police highhandedness on his party activist.

After he quit the Congress, Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy’s activities have raised existential questions for the parent party in a state that matters to it more than perhaps any other. In this interview with Ch V.M. Krishnarao, the young leader says he is being guided by the hand of God.

Doors are shut for the reentry of YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, into the Congress, said the minister for health, Mr D.L. Ravindra Reddy.

Kadapa: YSR Congress honorary president, Pulivendula MLA YS Vijayamma criticised the government for not releasing water for irrigation in July and August months though there was 11 tmc of water in the Brahma Sagar reservoir. She made a point that former CM YS Rajasekhara Reddy provided water for 30,000 acres of land.

Former minister Y.S. Vive-kananda Reddy threatening that he would not stay in the Congress if the party continued to portray his brother and former chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Re-ddy as a public money looter. Mr Vivekananda Reddy made these comments after paying tributes to YSR in Idupulapaya on the occasion of his second death anniversary on Friday.

Idupulapaya/Hyderabad: – It is two years to this day since former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy died in a tragic helicopter accident but politics in the state continues to revolve around the popular leader.

New Delhi: “Whether we have or not have majority, we will like to say that those 24 MLAs have misunderstood the issue. We have no role in whatever happened there,” AICC general secretary and in-charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs Ghulam Nabi Azad told reporters here.

30 MLAs, many from Congress, and 2 party MPs in Andhra Pradesh today decided to resign, protesting inclusion of former chief minister late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s name in the FIR filed by CBI in a probe into the assets of his son Jaganmohan.
