While presenting his maiden Railway Budget for the year 2012 in Loksabha Union Minister Dinesh Trivedi announced new passenger train in between Yerraguntla & Nossam. This passenger train will run daily in between Yerraguntla & Nossam (Nanganapalli). Nossam is located on Yerraguntla – Nandyal Railway Line.

దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వేలో గుంతకల్లు డివిజను నుంచి ప్రతి ఏటా భారీగా ఆదాయం లభిస్తోంది. అయినా ప్రతి రైల్వే బడ్జెట్టులో డివిజనుకు అన్యాయమే జరుగుతోంది. ప్రత్యేకించి కడప జిల్లాకు మొండి చేయి మిగులుతోంది. గత రైల్వే బడ్జెట్టులో గుడ్డి కంటే మెల్ల నయం అన్నట్లు కేటాయింపులు జరిగాయి. ఈ సారి బడ్జెట్టులో ఎలాంటి పరిస్థితి ఉంటుందో దిక్కుతోచడం లేదు. భారీ పరిశ్రమల శాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి సాయిప్రతాప్‌ ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ తీసుకుని కడప జిల్లాకు మేలు జరిగేలా చూడాల్సి ఉంది.
