KADAPA: Eligible graduates and teachers can cast their vote in the elections to Rayalaseema West Member of Legislative Council (MLC) constituency slated on March 13 by establishing their identity by producing any of the 13 documents specified by the Election Commission of India, District Collector Shashi Bhushan Kumar said on Wednesday.

- physically challenged certificate,
- pension document,
- pattadar passbook,

- public sector employees and freedom-fighters and registration documents having photographsPresiding officers were instructed to permit the voters producing valid identity, he said.
